Doors operate manually required half yearly or yearly maintenance which include cleaning up old grease. Comes new greasing, replacement of ball bearing and pin for pvc swing door & overhead sectional door torsion spring

Electrical include motor and control panel. Regular maintenance can lengthen motor life span and reduce unnecessary down time during heavy traffic flow during loading and unloading.

Repair

In order to reduce cost to replace with new parts, normally we will try to repair back to its normal working condition. Our team are very experienced to counter issue for our pvc swing door, high speed roll up door , overhead sectional door, hydraulic dock leveler etc.
