Roll-Up Doors are high-speed doors that open and close by vertical rolling operation. Our high-speed doors are suitable for applications with heavy traffic, either in small or medium size openings inside buildings.

In addition to high speed, this model offers Energy Saving in industrial and commercial applications, Reducing Noise and Eliminating Dust Form nearby working areas.

The Energy-Saving Door prevents heat from escaping. EasyLift Overhead Sectional Door made of  Double-Skinned PU Foam Core Design is heat insulating and particularly suitable for heated halls.

Insulated Panel, Double-Skin, with Galvanized Steel, coated with Baked-On Polyester Paint Finish. 

Polyurethane Foam Core The middle of the door panel is filled with High-Quality Polyurethane Foam and the foam. Density is up to 40kg/m3, Therefore, the door panel is provided with good Intensity, Heat Preservation and Sound Insulation Capability. In the place of fixing hinges and brackets to ensure enough intensity of the door and more fastness of the connection. 

Door Panel The steel thickness of 0.40mm comes in standard thickness of door panel is 40mm available in RAL9016 (White). The height of each Panel Section comes in 435mm, 485mm, and 535mm. The maximum height can go to 6000mm and the maximum width is 5000mm. All the panels will be protected by a layer of transparent protective film. 

Outboard Struts When the door width surpasses 4850mm, it should be configured with Outboard Struts to ensure enough intensity of the door.

The Roll-O door is a High Speed Roll-Up Door that opensand closes using a Vertical Roll-up System, perfect for places witha large transit of persons and where short opening andclosing times are required. They create more comfortable workingconditions and significantly reduce energy costs.

The installation is quick and easy, it doesn't require any special skills, thanks to electricaland mechanical pre-assembled parts. Spare parts and accessories are availableand in case of a failure repairing is easy and quick.

As all our other High-Speed Doors, in case of a power failure the ROLL-O Door is suppliedwith a manual override facility. This ensures the opening or closing of the door and minimises the risk of any inconvenience in entering or leaving the affected area.

All ours doors are CE marked and comply with the appropriate safety regulations.
